I wasn’t born in Texas, but I’ve lived and worked here long enough to identify as a Texan. As such, I have a particular affinity for stories that connect Jewish culture and my adopted home state. This wedding invitation, part of my Jewish War Veterans Collection, tells one such story, and it was my honor to share it with the Texas Jewish Historical Society for distribution in their December 2025 newsletter.
